Implement National Building Code of Canada 2025 Load Combination Changes

In the newly adopted NBCC2025, load factors from gravity load combinations are being changed. In Canada, RAM will be incorrect/obsolete on all projects moving forward unless the load combinations are addressed.

    Thanks for the suggestion and the image. We are just finished with verion 2026 which made some similar changes to the US codes, so I think it will be easier to do this for the Canadian codes now. We are in the planning phase for 2027 version now.
