Add point and line snow load options

Now that V26 of RAM SS can do snow loads and roof live loads concurrently, it makes sense to have the option to add a snow load component to a point load or line load, rather than limiting it to just Roof live. (which we all probably conservatively used at some point)

    We considered this, but decided that snow loads would seldom occur at a point or line. Are you thinking of some situation where there is a snow load reaction from some higher level roof that is not explicitly modeled?
