RAM Concept - Define a default template and save other default settings

When creating a new model in RAM Concept, it would be useful to have the ability to specify a default template file that all new models are built off of. This would make it easier for users within an organization to follow the same standards when setting up Concept models. This could be accomplished by adding a path field under Help > User Settings that points to a template file.

Additionally, it would save time if the program could remember other settings & selections and apply them to each new model, plan, or perspective. Some examples include the default appearance settings selection vs utility tool, plot scales & settings, text scales, default object properties, snap selections, and all of the options under the Criteria menu (unless any of these settings are already saved in the template). I mentioned some of these in a previous post (see below), but it's worth mentioning again as these are related to program default settings
