RAM Concrete shearwall - Issues with nominal capacity after reinforcement change - RAM SS 17.01.01.05

I am encountering an issue where the nominal values and the resulting interaction ratios are suddenly changing within the concrete shearwall design window.  To get to where I am having the issues, the model is being built, loaded, and analyzed without any error.  The concrete shearwall design groups, reinforcement templates, and section cuts are added, and the "Design All" function is used to initially analyze all of the concrete walls.  

Following the design all, many of the section cuts show as green indicating an acceptable wall design.  When entering the View/Update window of any given wall, and then selecting a section cut and modifying the reinforcement and re-analyzing, the reported nominal capacities abruptly change and many of the wall sections change to red, indicating failure.  This is happening even when reinforcement patterns are selected that provide more area of steel than the original design.

This seems to happen when adding Manual Reinforcement to a wall design group as well and re-analyzing the wall sections.

This has been encountered on multiple models so far.  Wondering if there is something I am missing or if anyone else is having this issue.
