RAM needs to calculate embodied carbon!

We are increasingly being asked to assess options on the basis of carbon intensity. It would save many engineers lots of time if RAM SS & RAM Concept had the capability of calculating embodied carbon.

It is a very simple addition - it could be done in much the same way as cost estimates are done, with the option to change the global warming potential factor of the material.

    It's likely that we will handle this through an iTwin service so that it can work with all of the Structural Products that are ISM Enabled, but I like the idea.
