Do not clear steel beam sizes when changing noncomposite to composite.

Do not clear steel beam sizes when changing non-composite to composite.

I'm not sure if this is deliberate or a bug, but members with assigned sizes can be changed from composite to non-composite in the modeler without losing their assignment. However, changing from non-composite to composite clears the size. I would Modeler to preserve the assigned size regardless of any parameter that I might change in Modeler.

    Seems like a defect, adding to the backlog as such for now.
